Recruitment Process

Seedcapital Pvt. Ltd. is a Non Banking Financial Company, which invites candidates of various fields to apply for recruitment. Female candidates are encouraged to apply as we work mainly with women.

At Seedcapital, we follow a multi stage recruitment process.


  Application: You may apply online against the current job openings that match your profile. If there are no openings that match your profile you can register in our database and we will contact you when a vacancy arises. You can also apply if a newspaper advertisement is published.

  Short-listing: Short-listing of the profile will be done based on educational qualification and past work experience and you will be informed once you are shortlisted for an opening.

  Documentation: You are required to submit certain documents in advance to the interview as part of the recruitment process.

  Written Examination: Short listed candidates will be invited for written examination.

  Personal Interview: Time, date and venue for the interview will be shared through email or telephone. It will be a knowledge and personality test for the candidates.

  Offer Letter: We will inform you the details on the job role, location and compensation following which you will get a formal offer to join Seed Capital.

  Acceptance: On acceptance of the offer you will need to get a medical check-up done & provide us with a medical fitness report. After successful completion of the medical check-up, we will give you a go ahead to initiate your resignation process in your present organization.

  Joining: A background verification will be conducted based on the documents you have submitted. You will start your professional journey with Seed capital through a special induction program at Head Office, Begusarai, Bihar.

The place of Posting will be according to the vacancies & requirements of the organisation.
